Appearance¶
Capable young woman of fighting age in Nystrian terms. Long, voluminous wavy auburn hair past the shoulders with a slight side part; blue eyes; fair complexion; composed expression with a slight closed-mouth smile.
Typical dress: Deep purple velvet gown or robe with high structured collar, wide bell sleeves, and silver embroidery down the front, cuffs, and hem; large ornate silver chest medallion; matching purple sash with silver clasp at the waist.
Background¶
Tyra is Miriam's cousin. Karla has known her "for quite a long time" (Day 20). Her skills are similar to Miri's at the start of Miri's mission—competent with blade and fieldcraft. She carries the Gift.
On Story Day 31, Miri proposes Tyra replace her on adventures while Miri undertakes royal duties. Formally recruited Day 38. Becomes Matthias's lover Day 40 (maiden). Participates in woods assault (Day 52): area-effect stun and protection spells. Threesome with Matthias and Zoë (Day 59); trains Zoë in sorcery including magic missile.
Personality¶
Direct, loyal to family, and willing to stand beside the band in danger. Less burdened by Miri's healer oath and court entanglements, but serious about the fight against slavers and conspirators.
