Appearance¶
5'8", about 118#. Lithe ranger bearing; skilled tracker and archer. Long, straight jet-black hair parted in the middle, falling past the shoulders; dark brown eyes; fair skin; composed, serious expression.
Typical dress: Dark brown leather cuirass with stitching, rivets, and central chest medallion; segmented leather pauldrons; chainmail sleeves with leather vambraces; high collar and front strap closure. Practical field armor rather than court finery.
Background¶
Karla's family was killed by brigands — likely Razor Claws—when she was fifteen. She is a D&D-class Ranger: tracker, archer, infiltrator. Pledged to Milos (re-pledged Day 13 after temporary release for Razor Claws seduction mission, Day 6).
Razor Claws mission (Days 10–12): Blood-initiated (Day 11); delivered decoy then recovered the real planar device from Pavel's vault; killed Brandon (crossbow, Day 12) and Marcus (dagger/torture, Day 12 — Matthias rebukes the torture); negotiated Pavel's banishment with vault loot and headquarters secrets.
Personality¶
Pragmatic; uses seduction for missions when required (Brandon infiltration). Faithful to Milos — chooses love over lust (Day 7). Supports Matthias's rule; sceptical of Miri as Queen Regent but will back Matthias. Commands field tactics with Milos and Miri.
